Five rounds for time of:
30 GHD Sit ups
25 Back Extensions

Scaled it to 20 & 20. 1st two rounds on the GHD/Back Ext. Rounds 3 and 4 on the floor. Round 5 back on the GHD. Kinda forgot to start the clock but I figured 10 minutes or so.

Also had some KB fun afterwards
Kept the numbers the same but did this on the Abmat instead of a GHD (for obvious reasons-no GHD!)
