So with those minutes on, do you work as hard as possible? For example running; are we to run as far and fast as we can in the 4 minutes then rest whatever the rest is??

Alan: correct, max distance in given time then rest and do not count distance (best done on a track)

As for the workout, now we're getting somewhere!

Felt much better this time. No pulling around the clavicle and I feel that I probably could do more. I'll post a picture of the bar soon; there was no more room for more weight! I'll have to duct tape the 10 or 15 lb plate onto the end :-)

Al, pretty much. I guess I need one more set of 45's to try and take up less room or buy iron plates because they're thinner, and probably cheaper on craigslist.

that and maybe look into 100 lb plates. somewhere might sell them...though idk in bumper form though
