WOD 7.28.09

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Did better last time in January at sea level. Either I'm getting weaker or there truly is a difference in power output at sea level vs. altitude.

4 rounds plus 1. Did it after Cindy and after about 5 minutes of rest. Decided it wasn't worth the torture and stopped. Could've done more. . . Then I biked about 2 miles to "cool" down. . .

Did this on the 29th instead of the 10K, with a not-so-slight modification

20 min:
Do the WOD
Rest 1 min
Do as many 1 min rounds as possible at 1 less than your max

Rest 1 min
Repeat until you get to 20 min

Did 47 total reps, max round of 5
