Did my Air Force fitness test this morning
1min pushups (45)
1min crunches (54)
1.5mi run (11:52)

This was the first time ever that I didn't max the pushups :-(

I'll probably do yesterday's workout this afternoon. 1.5mi in the morning, 10K in the afternoon; I may never walk again...

Haha. Good luck Paul. Run/walk if need be. I plan to do this run tomorrow (Thursday) on the off day. Gonna find a trail 10k hopefully.

50:46 total time.

It wasn't a mapped out course like last time using Gmaps Pedometer but I have run this trail route with Scott many times (only the shortened version) and have always been told it is slightly longer than 6 miles. Which approximates a 10k.

Felt like stopping 15 minutes in but pushed through to the second time I wanted to stop at 45 minutes. Haha. I made it. Thank goodness it is over!

Actually made it!! did the mapped course more or less, had to go up Philadelphia St and north onto 5th due to lights. I did walk 3 times, for about a minute each but managed to keep the head straight and kept on running.

Total time: 58:53.13

Not too shabby given my recent humbling experiences. . .
