As you can see 9:27.77. This was actually fun. Interesting observation to me is my perceived discomfort varies based on a lot of factors: heat, diet, sleep, hours since eating, etc. Due to work, I'm really following the "use a constantly varied routine of eating before working out, working out without eating; without sleep; in the heat; in the cold; etc. Anyone else noticed a similar variance in discomfort and therefore performance?
Well I don't have any pictures to prove I did mine like you Rob, but I got it done!
7:33 total time.
I much prefer the power snatches over hang snatches I'd say. Much more leg power development.
As for varied routines...I'm usually trying the WODs at different times in the day and feel most productive usually mid-afternoon I'd say. Try to ingest some quick carbs (sugar based), i.e., apples, etc. before I workout. Sorry can't say much else on the matter.
Nice pics Rob! I've been climbing mountains, so no WODs for me.
