WOD 7.4.09
"Badger"
3 rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat Clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800m

Well did not quite feel up to 30 reps of things so I scaled it to 15 reps by 4 rounds instead. Also subbed a .8 mile bike for the 800m run.
All after a pseudo overnight (6p-3a) and sleep deprivation. Definitely wasn't feeling on today.

Badger is evil, almost as evil as 2 heros in a row. Any thoughts on tomorrow??
BTW, Alan, I think you need to make your bikes longer. It's a time issue so run a 400m and an 800m, time each one, and that is how long you need to ride for. Rowing a 500m is almost the same as running a 400m and swimming a 100-150m. Since I can crank on my bike, I'd bet that can do a mile+ ride in the same time as running an 800m
an 800 would take me like 2:30-3:00. The bike takes about that too. I considered that but I'll keep tabs on it closer. I wanted to run but the legs weren't feeling grand today. Been running more.

Nope. Badger is evil. I climbed the north face of Mt Evans instead.
Tried it and scaled it too.

20 Pullups
800m run with incline
