Scaled to 25 squats with each 400m run. My legs are still sore from Tuesday!

Major owies from Tuesday, and I'm going climbing today (Friday), so this WOD wasn't in me.

Man, sounds like we all got our asses kicked by Tuesdays workout. I know yesterday that I still couldn't move, thats why today (Friday) I'll try this one. . .

In some weird way, the WOD from yesterday (Thursday) helped alleviate some of my soreness from Tuesday.

I think that's a minute over my previous best. Oh well better luck next time. After 50 squats my legs felt tighter than a snare drum. Can't wait to feel the DOMS again!
