I'm a micron from a MU. I'll do some MU work before the WOD in the hopes of being able to do it as RXed.

Modified "NATE" as follows:
6 dips
6 pullups
4 HSPU
8 1.5 Pood KB swings
10 rounds total.
I can't walk down stairs without severe pain. Skipping this one in hopes of recovery for tomorrow. . .

Well, couldn't get the MU, and they have no 2pood KBs, so:
2 jumping MU
4 pullups
4 HSPU
8 1.5pood swings
10 rds.
I can't imagine doing run/squat after these last two. We'll see how it goes.
