185 pound Front Squat
GHD Sit-ups

Scale:

21-15-9-3
load as above

OR

Reps as above with 135 pounds

CFE Workout:

90:90 x 6

All out efforts, covering as much distance as possible in 90 seconds, recovering for 90 seconds, repeated 6 times

Did reps as RX'd but @ 135 lbs and GHD sit-ups.

Total time 19:57

Whew! Only thing kept me going was the thought of less and less each set.

I agree, this was pure EVIL. I'll be lucky if I can walk tomorrow. Used the 135 lb weight and did abmat situps with hands on the head. At the time Al was done, I was starting set number 9. . . No finishers for me today, walking up the stairs to the computer was painful enough:-)

Ya i hear you. Luckily (i guess) i got to move around a bunch at work so I hopefully will get some of the soreness out!

That included about 1min of waiting for a guy who was still on his set of 18 (he started late) to clear the glute ham situp before I could do my set of 3. Would have been about low 21s.

All I could do is grunt and lie down for about 2hrs afterward.

While heinous, this one was right up my alley; heavy weight squats and core work.
