Stephanie got to pick the workout today and she picked a doozy. She scaled to 20 reps and used single unders, assisted pullups, 18 inch box, unweighted situps, PVC push press, and PVC thrusters.
I did as rx'd but scaled up on the weighted situps to 35 lbs (I used a kettlebell for the weight)
Time: 17:22.46
Definitely sweating and out of breath.
Holy crap. I just looked at my old time and it was almost 19 minutes. I guess this stuff is working after all. . . :-)
