Fun stuff, 7 full rounds plus I finished through the knees to elbows on the 8th set.
Slowed this down and scaled the HSPU to HSPU with band assist but free standing. K2E are getting better all the time. Not Alan level yet but I'll get there!
We did Push Press instead: thru 195 Not too bad considering my manky shoulder; I start PT in about a week.
