BACK AT IT!!!! And it feels great! I am really glad I took some time off. I needed to detox which is odd to think about. Gonna try to do such every 4 or so months.
Didn't record the time. Want to not worry about the bottom line but more so the details and proper form and mechanics. Same with weight. Didn't do as RX'd.
