Crossfit Main AND MEBB

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

16rds with a mild case of the plague. Did 9 rds in under 8 min, but then the bug got me and I slowed down a ton.

My first official CrossFit workout...did 8+ rounds (I said it was 9, Rob insists it was 8+). Whatever. The fun begins! 8 is nothing compared to Paul's 16, but I'm new to the whole "push yourself while working out routine" and I'm 5 weeks post-partum and haven't worked out for awhile. Ok, I'm done with excuses. I'll be better next time!

Still off from my PR but feeling "stronger" on the limiting Pushups. PA heat and humidity still drain the life out of me; looking forward to the fall.

12 rounds plus 2 pullups

BTW, Steph did 8 plus 6 squats. She finished off the set after the timer. Strong first showing for sure.

Yay Steph! I definitely couldn't do the workout you did 5 weeks ago. Welcome!
