Hmmm, interesting thing happened today. I have the Starting Strength DVD with Mark Rippetoe and watched the Back Squat section prior to working out. My technique has been just slightly off since I started! Just a few corrections and the squat felt significantly different. I lowered the bar to beneath the spine of my scapula, tilted the arms back more the create the "shelf" and tilted the head down a little bit and punched right through a set that last week had me fail at 1 rep. I think this MEBB thing is going to really push me through some plateau's.

Pullups as always, killed me, especially in the 3rd set.

I also want to put a big welcome out to my wife Stephanie who began her intro to Crossfit period today with a 2 round warmup (with some assist) plus a little rowing on the side. Look for her to post more soon.
