Steph used the PVC and bar for a 5x5 power snatch workout then scaled to 15-10-5 with a 20 lb dumbbell. Unfortunately, Adelay ended her workout as she was heading into the 10 burpees. Better luck next time. . .

Can't remember the exact time, but it was slow: something like 12min I think with subbing 4:1 single unders. An old lady beat me today...
