Three rounds for time:

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Crossfit MEBB

7 rounds for time of:

3 L-pullups
6 Ring Dips
9 Burpess

Did one round of helen in under 3 min, pulled hammy during run on second round and called it a day before I hurt too badly. Turned out not to make too much of a difference, as I viciously sprained my ankle climbing the next day.
