For time:

100 Pull Ups

*Complete 100 Pull Ups for time using a kipping pull up, a strict pull up or any other way you can from an open shoulder to your head over the bar.

Banged my knee up enough the other day to leave a black and blue mark so today's squats were for movement not for weight. Did 135 as well for the bench with the thought being I don't want to push hard elsewhere if my legs can't keep pace...

6:06 for the 100 pull-ups. Did them in various ways. Did strict pull ups and chin ups. Did kipping and have been working on my butterfly kip. it's coming!
