12:26 as Rxed. ROM on dips was mediocre: not great, not bad. Started out with limited ROM on cleans due to sprained ankle (I was hesitant to squat the whole way), but did fine after the first 10. By far a PR.
No clue what today's WOD is...been preparing for various races. Did a mountain bike race last Thursday...killed my legs the next day like an idiot by riding again the next day. Anyways, raced tonight in a Cross-Cycle Race. Either of you ever heard of Cross Racing? Biking but with obstacles you have to dismount and conquer. It's a 45 minute race, with as many laps as you can in that given time. Good metabolic workout.
Next race is on Saturday...this time to the top of Tenderfoot Mountain aka "W" mountain here in Gunnison. Wish me luck! I will start posting more again soon...promise:)

A bit ouchie but I can mostly walk and sort of climb. No running, double unders or box jumps for me!
This workout sucked. Wait, they all suck! Did this scaled to 205 for the deadlift and 115 for the push press. Obviously time included taking weight off and adding it on. Used the rest though!
