Back in the saddle. Official finish time from the "W" Mountain Race 23:50...took 35th place out of 90 entrants. Woo! I'll credit CrossFit and cross-training to this win and of course genetics.

Felt good to start back up into CF again...been about 2 weeks. Working on the In-season side of CF Football now that ice hockey season has begun!

9rds +2 pullups. Sub 6 PU/6 ring dips for MU. Could have been harder, but I paced.
