Still dealing with a sore left hip adductor which makes the depth hurt all so good! Running in the dark for 2 1/2 hours with little running conditioning makes for some interesting sore spots. . .

Thru 295, got 305 3x until I started losing my balance. I think I could have gotten 305 all 5 if I was fresh.
