Took yesterday off...had my first hockey game and wanted to be as prime as possible. Turns out you are never truly ready for the brutal speed, etc. of ice hockey skating. I'm sore :&
Anyways, actually did the mainpage WOD today with a CF Football SWOD...as follows:
3x5 of 185lbs bench (minute rest between sets) 3x10 strict dips w/ 10-15 sec. ring holds (minute rest between sets as well) 3x5 strict chin ups (min. rest 'tween sets)
Yeah, Annie can suck my balls today. For some reason I couldn't link double unders to save my life. It was really, REALLY frustrating. Single, single, single, double under, catch my shoe. Over and over again. Needless to say, all of the starting and stopping killed my time: 21:02
Stephanie did the workout with single unders in 10:45 or so.

haha ouch Robbie...that hurts! I did it barefoot...felt amazing...want to try?
I subbed 100m rowing for every 10 DUs--sprained ankle doesn't let me jump. 12:35
