Back Squat

Crossfit Experimental

Warm Up

6x Each of:

Deadlift
Bent Row
Hang Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder Press
Back Squat
Push Up

Then Kettlebell ladder with 1.5 Pood in the following rep scheme 1-2-3 repeat 4 times

Right Arm Clean and Jerk
Left Arm Clean and Jerk
Strict Deadhang Pull-Up
