20 Squats
20 Push Ups

20 Pull Ups
Then
3x5 Power Clean into Push Press (40%-50%-60% 1RM)
Then
3x3 Power Clean into Push Press (60%-70%-80% 1 RM)

Did the warmup and then the clean-push press
My max is 165 so I based it on that
To keep it clean:
3x 70 easy
3x 80 still easy
3x 100 easy but working
3x 115 this is work
3x 135 this is heavy
3x 150 this is pretty heavy
It's been a while since I've done a 1rm max in the push press but I think it's probably a little higher than I thought. This workout ended up being very quick and I could've and probably should've done more.
