7 rounds for time of:

95 lb Power Snatch, 7 reps
95 lb Snatch Balance, 7 reps
95 lb Overhead Squat, 7 reps

I scaled this to 75 lbs to begin with but then cut off sets too. I only ended up with 3 sets after it was all said and done. I also discovered that the OHS/Snatch is also the exercise that makes my shoulder really throb. I thought it was pullups and dips and that I was getting better then pow, sore shoulder today. I think it's time for some get ups to slow strengthen the bugger.
