Ugh. Rough getting back into it after such a long hiatus.

Scaled to 12 pullups plus 12 dips and only did 2 rounds.

The dips were killer after not having done them for about a month and a half but at least the shoulder is feeling much, much better. Lets hope it holds up!

Didn't time it this time. Time to go back to consistency before intensity :-)
