Five rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters
25 GHD Sit-ups
25 Hip Extensions

Subbed 2 minutes of rowing instead. Didn't time it but went like a bat out of hell. I raced the wheel on the rower, trying to do all of the situps and back extensions before the flywheel stopped spinning, and managed to do it each time!
