Went out hard on the row and got a 1:28.6. Slowly ticking the time down towards my goal of 1:20.

Drilled the movement, then did:

Considering my 1RM for the full squat clean was recently 185, going for 3 at 180 was pretty awesome. Definitely getting stronger!
