Warm Up

800m Run outside

Every minute on the minute, do 2 back squats at 80% 1RM

then 

2 minutes max effort double unders 

no rest into:

3x

15 Power Clean
50 Double Unders (or 30 Lateral Hops)

Back Squats @ 225 x 7 minutes

Used the lateral hop sub
