WOD 12.08.08

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

15 Pull-ups

15 Ring push-ups

15 Back Extensions

15 GHD Sit-ups

Did 50# good mornings instead of back extension, and straight-leg Abmat situps instead of GHD. We have no GHD here.

Rob, what time for this workout did you say? I believe it is late afternoon evening b/c you are working the overnight I think. ttys

5 rounds + 10 pullups. Pull ups continue to be my nemesis. I did set a new PR with the first set I was able to do 15 pullups in an unbroken set. Slow but steady. . .

7 rounds plus 15 pullups and 10 pushups. We used dumbbells with feet up on a bench for our pushups, for lack of rings at the gym
