Dying of plague today, so not my best work. All except for the 2nd 185 were clean and push press vice clean and jerk; working on my technique at heavier weights.
Man, not feeling this one today. My overnight shift took more out of me than I thought. Also sprained my ankle crossing the street to my car. Damn ankle.
Did some double under practice and am really getting them down. Looking forward to tomorrow. Interesting that double unders didn't bother my ankle but alternating foot step jump rope did. Must be a lot more lateral stress on the ankle with that movement.

Did a bit of technique work afterwards. The sore ankle limited my depth on catching the clean.
