Did 'h-pullups' instead of L-pullups

Okay, I didn't do this exactly as prescribed. I took out the 15 and started at 13 and 1 respectively. H pull-ups as well.

Total time 10:05

I need to improve my handstand pushups (!) though I did better than previously-or so it feels.

I can't believe that both of you did this so quickly.

It took me: 25:34.59

I used the jump stretch bands that are shown in the gym photos to create a "spotted" true handstand without the wall. Killer stuff. Did "H" pullups as well on the new torture apparatus:)
