Overhead Walking Lunges, 50 feet, with 45 lb barbell

Scaled to 3 rounds. I hate burpees almost as much as I hate working out before breakfast. . . I know, I'm whining:)

Making up yesterdays workout if I can get the home pullup station built today. Wish me luck and stay tuned for photos.
