Crossfit: The sport of sport. Functional Fitness. A kick in the backside of traditional training (and the participants). This is a record of our exploits. . .
Shortened this one by 2 rounds due to time constraints (The wife is still pissed that I was home late).
Used 250 pounds for the deadlifts and didn't feel too bad. I did break them into sets of 10/5 but recovery was minimal. Running was a slight challenge as on the 3rd round I found the spot on the treadmill that skips and had to quickly switch machines which cost time.
Total time for 3 rounds with clock running during the difficult sections:
17:17.34
I actually didn't feel too bad. One thing I noticed was that I got a cramp in my side, something that is normally an occurrence with aerobic exercise for me. I think my tolerance is finally increasing and my work output is starting to go up. I guess we'll see.

27:25 (PR)
Holy cow: I cut 5min off the time, and didn't feel nearly as bad as I indicated the last time we did this.
Did abmat situps and 255# deadlift
with 205 lbs and jumping rope for 200 jumps or approx 1 minute and 30 seconds I complete this workout. Yay.
Total time 18:40
A new PR; granted I had to jump rope instead but there is no treadmill in the athlete's weightroom.
