Rowed for 4 minutes (per usual, figuring a 1:40 time for 500m)
Didn't think I was going to catch Alan as the Thrusters took me almost 5 minutes but my recovery on the pullups is getting better and better. I may only be able to do 10-15 total in one set but I only need 10-12 seconds and then I can whip out 5-7 more, over and over. . .
