Did Belford today: 4600' of class 1 and 2 in 3.5 hours. Felt good, moved fast.
Climbing Belford felt kind of like dating the school slut: while it was pleasant and satisfying, it lacked challenge

I considered doing at least Oxford but, while the skies were clear, the wind was bitterly cold. My handy-dandy thermometer read between 40 and 45 deg, but I figured wind chill was below 20. I was fine thermally everywhere but my hands, as I have somehow lost my giant goretex gauntlets, and I started to get chillblains in my fingers. I figured I'd never be able to live down losing a pinky finger on Oxford, so I called it a day.
It was even colder today on Pacific. The thermometer at 7AM read between 25 and 30 degrees, and it was much colder an hour previously. Not as much wind, though. Hard to believe it's August.

You guys should try out CF Football's WODs. They aren't easy yet they present a different strength challenge rather than pure MetCon.
