Did Deadlifts 5RM @ 325 lbs. Warmed up with 2 sets of 5 at 135 and 225.
9:44 total time on the 7 rounds as prescribed except for 75 lbs. overhead squats.

Scaled the weight to 115 lbs and there were still a lot of ugly snatches ;-)
total time: 8:17.65
Rough week with no breaks. I'm feeling pretty good though. Stephanie has been through a LOT of technique work between snatches, squats, squat cleans, etc. She definitely believes the statement, "Crossfit hates my legs."
Interesting. I thought I had done Isabel before but I think this was my first time. Woohoo!
