Holy shit. 20 lb PR! I'm beginning to think this MEBB stuff really works! I'm not sure whether it's the technique video courtesy of Rippetoe (Starting Strength DVD) or just the frequent repetition, likely both. Either way, I'm finally starting to notice adaptation and feel it as well. I'll add mini metcons back into the lifting days after vacation when I'm back on schedule with appropriate rest days. One more MEBB day, 1 metcon, and 1 5K left this week. Good stuff!

I did Elizabeth scaled a bit due to a manky shoulder; I scaled the cleans up and the rings down.
