WOD 11.5.09

With a continuously running clock, do 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 pull-ups the second minute, and continue until you can no longer do the required number of reps within a minute.

big bike ride yesterday...weather was in the low 60's...hard to say no to that!

10 plus 7. Felt much easier from a strength standpoint but worse on the hands : ) Hard to believe that at one time I could only do 6 sets!
