From Crossfit Endurance:

100m Farmers walk with 1.5 pood

50x deadlift at 45% of 1RM
50x burpees

100m Farmers walk with 1.5 pood

Used 135 lbs as my deadlift weight. Time was 12:36.85. Burpees sucked but then, they always do. Long run tomorrow.
