Five rounds for time of:

155 lb Hang Squat Clean, 9 reps
15 ft rope climb, 3 ascents

Did 1st set with 155lbs, then scaled it to 135 thereafter. Working on my feet for 9 hours the past 4 days has really zapped my energy.

Did see-saw pull-ups with a chain as my "towel" as prescribed sub for rope climbs.
